Privacy

Operation Impact, LLC (“we”) is a Pennsylvania professional-services firm. This site is for nonprofit executives exploring fundraising revenue operations, pipeline science, and related work.

What we collect

When you book a meeting, request the Prompt Guide, apply for pro-bono work, use the contact form, or write to us, we receive the information you choose to give: typically name, company, email, phone, and whatever you share in notes. Contact-form messages are delivered to brian@operationimpact.ai. Prompt Guide downloads include name, title, organization, and email so we know who has the file. Pro-bono applications also include consent to publish a named case study if you are selected. Phone calls to (888) 789-9219 are not recorded by us as a matter of course. The site also uses Google Analytics (GA4) to record which pages are viewed, plus standard device and approximate-location data Google collects as part of that service. When a contact form is sent, the same Google tag passes the name, email, and phone you entered to Google Ads as enhanced conversion data. Google hashes those fields before they are used to measure which ads produced the inquiry.

How we use it

We use inquiry information to schedule conversations, send requested materials (including the Prompt Guide), follow up, and — if we work together — to perform the engagement. We do not sell personal information. We do not use it for unrelated advertising lists.

Who else sees it

Scheduling on this site uses Calendly. Email uses Google Workspace. Analytics uses Google Analytics. Ad measurement uses Google Ads, including enhanced conversions from the contact form. Those providers process data under their own terms so the calendar, inbox, traffic reporting, and ad measurement can function. We do not post your inquiry on this website, and we do not sell your information.

How long we keep it

Inquiry records are kept as long as needed to respond and, if we become partners, as long as needed to run and close the work, plus ordinary business-record periods. You may ask us to update or delete inquiry data that is not required for a contract or the law.

Website terms

This website describes Operation Impact’s services. It is not an offer to contract. An engagement starts only when both sides sign a written scope or services agreement.

The 21% nonprofit rate

Nonprofit partners pay 21% less than the stated professional-services fee, applied on the invoice. That is pricing. It is not a donation, grant, rebate, or gift after payment. Quality and scope do not change to make the rate work.

What you own

You own your systems, your data, and the process we leave in place. Playbooks and configurations delivered under an engagement are yours to run. We do not claim your donor data.

Results

We implement tools and train teams so fundraising operations can produce. We do not guarantee a specific dollar amount of revenue. Fundraising outcomes depend on your staff, your file, your mission, and decisions that remain yours.

Site content

Content on this site is for general information. We may update services, names, and copy without notice. Do not rely on the site as a substitute for a scoped proposal.

Governing law

Operation Impact, LLC is organized in Pennsylvania. These website terms are governed by Pennsylvania law, without regard to conflict rules, except where a signed agreement says otherwise.
