Why 21%

A 21% nonprofit discount

All nonprofit partners receive 21% off professional services. The discount is applied on the invoice. You pay 79% of the stated fee.

Nonprofits should not pay full commercial rates for CRM, automation, and go-to-market work.

Most firms charge a commercial fee and leave. We built the price so mission-driven organizations keep more of every dollar they spend on capacity. The number is intentional. And it is a discount — the cleanest way to put value in your hands without a second transaction that can look like a kickback or a contribution.

Your board already asks whether infrastructure spending competes with program. A 21% nonprofit discount answers that in a practical way: when you invest in fundraising systems, you are not paying the commercial rate.

Why this number

  • More than a fifth — on purpose

Twenty percent off would have been the easy, rounded choice. We chose 21% off because it is more than a fifth — a clear signal that we are not extracting full commercial margin from organizations built to serve. The list fee is stated. The nonprofit rate is 21% lower. That is the number on the contract.

  • Twenty-one days: a new operating habit

Lasting fundraising capacity is not a one-week software install. It is a new habit: cleaner data, consistent outreach, clearer reporting, and systems your team actually uses. Twenty-one is our reminder that the first weeks of an engagement are when a new way of working starts to settle in. The discount means the mission feels the benefit in the price of the work itself.

  • Twenty-one is personal

Our founder met Sasha — now Chief People Officer — on a 21st. They were married on a 21st. Those dates mark commitment, not coincidence. Operation Impact is a family affair: family in the leadership of the firm, and partners treated like family. Long-term relationships, not one-and-done projects. The 21% nonprofit discount is how that commitment shows up in the contract.

As you can see, Operation Impact is a family affair. We built the firm that way on purpose — and we treat our partners the same way.

How the 21% discount works

  • A price reduction, applied on the invoice — not a donation, grant, rebate, or gift after payment.
  • Calculated on the professional-services fee for the engagement.
  • Nonprofit partners pay 79% of the stated fee. Example: a $10,000 engagement is invoiced at $7,900.
  • No second transaction. No designated beneficiary. No funds sent back after you pay.
  • Quality and scope do not change. The work is the same. The commercial rate is not.

This structure is pricing for nonprofit clients. It is not a charitable contribution. Counsel should review final contract language; this page is positioning, not legal advice.
